About Soclesian
Soclesian is a highly complex, agglutinating-wherever-possible language that is known for it's very rough, tough, scary yet still somehow beautiful sound - and it is heavily inspired by the phonology and grammar of Russian, Finnish and Hungarian as it is designed to sound like a language of revolution.
So far:
* The grammar is almost 100% functional.
* The phonology is complete.
* The orthography is complete.
* Online learning courses (with audio) are being developed.
* A much larger vocabulary (almost double than what is on CWS presently) has been created which just needs to be imported.
* The language is just one of around +-30 languages that will be used in a much larger, secret (for now) endeavour.
On-the-go facts
* There are more than 40 grammatical cases
* Three grammatical genders
* 4 plurals
* 4 persons
* 3 types of animacy
* 16 definite articles
* 3 types of verb conjugations (transitive, intransitive, indefinite)
* The language generally follows a SOV pattern though word order is relatively free
* Very extensive phonological inventory
* All vowels have iotised and palatised variants, each with its own letter
* Almost all consonants have palatised variants, each with its own letter
* Definiteness is marked, indefinite is not
