About Tugaran
Tugaran is an Eastern Infernorian lanuage spoken by 35,680 ethnic Tugarans in the Toqar People's Republic. The Eastern Infernorian languages are closely related to the Northern Infernorian languages, and Tugaran is the most closely related to Sesian of these.
Tugaran is quite unusual for Eastern Infernorian languages in that it has both inclusive and exclusive "we" pronouns. It's also highly dialect-rich due to the mountainous geography of the Steel Mountains. The most striking examples of dialectical differences can be found in the many realizations of /ɽ/, and the place and manner of articulation of /h/.
