?FYI...
This article is a work in progress! Check back later in case any changes have occurred.

X's represent vowels, C's represent consonants (excluding y).
Vowels are in order (from 0 to 3):I,E,O,U
Consonants are in order (from 0 to 4): K,T,P,S,J
# is before hex numbers
Kx́1Cx̀2: The root of the numbers, being 4*x1+x2. The consonant is based on that number mod 5, to ensure that if you mishear one sound, it doesn't become a different number.
Yx̆: 16x. Attached to the end of a numbers in that place, so #320 is "Kísùyŏ Kítèyĕ"
Px́Cx̀yü: Take big X to be the value of the "x́Cx̀"part (as it is for Kx́Cx̀), this represents a "thousands" like part, value of 164*X

Now, the inversions.

Kx̀1Cx́2: For value 1-15, the reciprocal. Zero is special, one will be done later
Yx̂: 16-x. Zero is separate.
Px̀Cx́yū :16-4*X. Zero right now is undefined.

Finally, the special numbers.
Kìkí : Negates the entire number, separate from negating the digits.
Yî: Marks a fraction, separates numerator from denominator.
