Kin terms in Azra. Note, I use subject to mean "you"/the target person, not necessarily the subject/nominative of the sentence.

Eshka have 3 sexes, are usually matriarchal, and in Azra inherit name syllables from their parents. Bearers/third sex marry matriarchs, and males pledge to matriarchs.

ɑki - mother (specifically target's)
ɑmɛ - parent (third sex/bearer. Any of the target's matriarch's spouses)
idɑ - matriarch's male pledge
itɑidɑ - name-father (may or may not be genetic father, but who a male target inherits their name syllable from. Usually have a closer mentor/mentee relationship)
ɑkɑki - grandmother (applies generally to any of your parents female ancestors, or for more specificity, ɑk- can be added for each generation)
ɑmɑmɛ - bearer grandparent (same as above)
ididɑ - grandfather (same as above)

Note: This section of terms should be used - especially as form of address - if they apply, rather than more generic terms. When you marry/pledge, your own mother stops being your matriarch, and then you should refer to them as ɑki.
ɑkitæ - matriarch (target's household matriarch, usually mother or spouse/pledgee)
ɑmɛtæ - head spouse (matriarch's highest ranking bearer spouse. Usually the heir's genetic bearer parent)
idɑtæ - right hand (matriarch's highest ranking male pledge)
ɑkitæ sɑɾæ - family matriarch (target's matriarch's mother, maternal grandmother, etc.)
ɑkitæ nɛmʌ - parent matriarch (target's non-female parents' mother)

næki - daughter (any of the target's matriarch's daughters, genetically related or not)
næmɛ - bearer child (any of the target's matriarch's bearer children
næid - son (any of the target's matriarch's sons)
nænæki - granddaughter (applies generally to any of your children's female descendents, or for more specificity, næ- can be added for each generation)
nænæmɛ - bearer grandchild (same as above)
nænæid - grandson (same as above)

kidɾɑ - sister
mɛdɾɑ - bearer sibling
idɾɑ - brother

sɑɾæðeɪʒ - yesterday-family (any older generation kin, in general or specifically kin which don't have more specific kinterms. ie. aunt, uncle, grandparents, etc.)
sɑɾædɾɑ - today-family (any same generation kin, generally not including siblings. ie. cousins)
sɑɾæsɔɪ - tomorrow-family (any younger generation kin, not including children. ie. nieces, nephews, grandchildren, etc.)

Should be updated eventually with more specific terms to indicate genetic specifics (ie. half siblings, third siblings, whole siblings)
