About Tuldian
Tuldian, or Ѳу́жѡ жѵла, is a minority language spoken by the Tuldians in southeastern Latvia by around 15,000 people. It is a Germanic language, quite closely related to the Halkujacia language of neighbouring latvia, but in many ways it is far less conservative, having lost the neuter gender, had significant simplification of certain aspects of the declension, and yet has gained the locative and retained a fully fledged vocative case. It has had significant influence from Latvian, Latgalian, and Belarussian, and to a lesser extent Polish, Russian and Lithuanian. It is written in a modified version of the cyrillic alphabet, as unlike most of Latvia, the Tuldians are almost all devout orthodox christians with a relatively long history of literacy
