About Tasaqi Tasaqi is a naturalistic artlang inspired by Japanese, Hawaiian, Yoruba, various other Austronesian languages, Mandarin, and some South East Asian languages. It has a small phonology with 13 consonants and 5 vowel qualities which contrast short and long, and an abundance of geminate consonants but restricted consonant codas. It is topic prominent, and has serial verb constructions, noun incorporation, and is largely analytic.
