Ancient-Mawic has a complex system of non verbal signs, and hand gestures they call "dgétegü" - "dgétegü"- (wave). Raise your hands, and hold close to your chest. Keep your hand flat. Your palm is facing towards your companion.
It means "I have something important to say".

Raise your hands in a wide "W" shape. Keep your hand slightly bent. Your palms are facing upwards.
It is used when you are expecting news from your companion.
